David Bradley Johnson, 58, of Dilltown, PA, passed away suddenly on March 21, 2019, at home.

He was born in Punxsutawney, PA, on September 7, 1960, to Robert & Joan (Spencer) Johnson.

Dave was a 1978 graduate of Homer Center High School, and a 1995 graduate of the Mount Aloysius nursing program, where he graduated with honors.  Dave was employed at the Bethlen Home in Ligonier for 23 years and served as their Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator.  Prior to that time he was employed by the Helen Mining Company.

He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Sandra Widmar and his grandparents, Wayne & Martha Spencer and Robert & Lucille Johnson. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Vickie (Widmar) Johnson, Dilltown; daughter & fiancé, Cortney Johnson & Lowry Fairman, Seward; granddaughters, Rowan & Linden Fairman; parents, Robert & Joan Johnson, Indiana; father-in-law, Jim Widmar, Dilltown; sisters & brothers:  Robin (Johnson) & Rich Henigin, Pam (Johnson) & Harry Stinson, Robert & Bobbie Johnson, Cory & Misty Widmar, Darin & Cindy Widmar, Albert & Jenny Widmar; and many nieces and nephews.

Dave enjoyed life, and one of his favorite sayings was, I'm livin' the dream.  He loved spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters, Rowan & Linden, who were his whole world.  He enjoyed traveling, riding his Harley, boating and ballroom dancing.

Family and friends will be received at the Richard Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, on Monday March 25 ^th from 2:00-6:00 PM, where a memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM.  Rev. Thomas Brink officiating.
