Crystal Barlak Provias, 37, Blairsville passed away unexpectedly on October 26, 2023, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.  She was born March 21, 1986, the daughter of late Michael Barlak.  Also preceded in death by loving brother Jon A. Barlak.

Survived by husband Brandon Provias and children Melody Roof and Laila Provias.

Crystal enjoyed spending time with her children and doing activities with them, especially taking them to the river.  She loved spending time with all her nieces and nephews and the neighborhood children. Her time outside having cookouts and fires was especially entertaining.  She also enjoyed her animals; she would pet just about any dog she met and enjoyed cats.  Crystal was a spitfire who would have the back of any of her friends.

Friends received 4pm till time of service 8 pm Monday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh
