Claire Marie Skibo

Claire M. Skibo, 77, New Florence passed away October 8, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born February 15, 1949, in Florida the daughter of late Marjorie (Hamer) Shauley Wagner and Samuel Shauley, Jr.

Survived by sons Chuck Skibo and wife Audra, New Albany, Ind; and Nicholas Shauly, Golden, CO. Also survived by siblings Carol Bowers, Bulls Gap, Tenn; Tonya Frensley and husband Ed, Panama City, Panama; Robert Shauley and wife Robin, Johnstown; Barbara Snider, Windber; Butch Wright and wife Cindy, Windber; Debbie McKendree and husband Don, Central City; Peggy Shaffer and husband Pat, Central City; Janet Goode and husband Larry, Shelby, NC; and Richard, Wright, Grover, NC; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Claire was also preceded by in death by brothers Nicholas Shauley and Jeffrey Wright and sister Sharon Rose.

Claire was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies.
