Cindy L. Baird, 55, Bolivar passed away October 5, 2016 at home. Born January 19, 1961 in Johnstown the daughter of late Charles M. Fritz, Jr. and Erma Irene (Lichtenfels) Fritz Patricko. Also preceded in death by step-father Sam Patricko. Survived by husband of 38 years Rodney Baird; son Wayne Baird and wife Shellie, New Castle, DE; daughter Jennifer Baird, at home; and these brothers and sisters Charles M. Fritz, III, Seward; Hazel Marie Isaac, Virginia; Ronald Fritz, Virginia; Roger Fritz, Maryland; Deborah Kaufman, Boswell; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family. Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Saturday and Sunday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence where service will be held 11 am Monday. Pastor Curtis Frampton officiating. Interment Penn View-Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
