Chesla, Carl A., 73, New Florence died October 15, 2012 at home. Born October 5, 1939 in Lockport the son of late Andy George and Anna M. (Barbus) Chesla. Survived by wife of 54 years Avice (Critchfield) Chesla; daughters Janice Blahut and husband Robert, Pittsburgh; Carla Moore and husband William, Athens, PA; grandchildren Nicholas and Samantha Moore, Jacob and Luke Blahut; Sisters Theresa Gorman and husband David, and Genevieve Fabrizio both New Florence; brother Edward Chesla and wife Jeanne, Greensburg; numerous nieces and nephew and extended family. Also preceded in death by brother-in-law Anthony Fabrizio. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward and the former St. Mary's Catholic Church, New Florence. Retire Employee of Bethlem Steel Corp. with 32 years' service. Enjoy restoring gas pumps. Friends received 2-4 & 7-9 pm Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence.
