In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by first husband William Bert Clark and second husband Dale Richard Garland, brothers Alex and Jonathan Wynn; sister Irene Wynn. Survived by son William A. Clark, Richland; Grandchildren Heather M. Clark-Wolk, New Bern, NC and William E. Clark, Alexandria, VA; great-Grandchildren Jace Clark and Oliver Wolk; sisters Wilma Bloom, Johnstown; Janet Clark, Woodbridge, VA; Barbara Henderson, Greensburg; Connie Wahl, Ligonier; Catherine Russell, Bethesda, MD; Joanne Stiffey, Greensburg; brothers ; Donald Wynn, Bolivar; Robert Wynn, Bolivar. Betty was a retired nurse from Torrance State Hospital who enjoyed gardening and knitting. Friends received 11 am till time of memorial service at 1 PM Saturday at Kenneth A.
