Betty Crawford

Betty Lou Crawford, 69, Robinson, went home to be with the Lord on December 4, 2025, at UPMC Magee Women's Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born October 28, 1956, in Batavia, NY, the daughter of the late Charles Crawford and Ruth (Claycomb) Crawford - James. Also preceded in death by brother Charles Crawford; nephew Travis Biss and stepfather Ronald Ike James.

Survived by daughter Christina Johnson and husband Christopher, El Paso, TX; Grandchildren Colton, Ciara and Cayson Johnson. Sister to James Crawford, Perry Crawford, Mary Biss and husband Daniel, Nancy Penrose and husband Tim; several stepsisters, stepbrothers, nieces, nephews and extended family members.

She was a member of First Church of Christ, Bolivar, who was an animal lover, especially dogs, enjoyed going to basket parties, and listening to the concerts presented by Bolivar Parks and Rec.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Monday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence, PA 15944. Grave site service and interment 11 AM Tuesday at Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
