Barbara J. Waters, 83, Lawrenceville, PA passed away August 11, 2024, passed away at the Green Home in Wellsboro, PA after a lengthy illness.  Born February 5, 1941, in Central City, PA the daughter of late Michael and Helen (Kalminir) Hancharik.  Also preceded in death by husband James Waters, son James Waters, Jr and granddaughter Stephanie Waters.

Survived by daughter Michele Rundell (John), son Thomas Waters (Marcia), daughter-in-law Deborah Waters and grandchildren Ashley, Nicole, Matthew, Garrett and Michael.

She enjoyed reading romance novels and old Western shows.

Friends received 1PM Saturday till time of service 2 PM at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh.  Interment Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
