Annette E. Blough, 71, Charles, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Born October 11, 1953, in Johnstown the daughter of Mervin Charles and Eva (Berezansky) Hill.

Preceded in death by father, sister Kathleen Hill, brother Leonard Aaron Hill and infant brother Christopher Hill.

Survived by mother, Eva (Berezansky) Hill, Charles; son Jesse Blough, Charles; daughter Anjanet Meyers and husband Josh, Seanor; grandchildren Zayne Jenkinson and wife Danielle, Devin Jenkinson and wife Nicole, Kylea Michaels and husband Blake, Mia Meyers, Halee Meyers and Sara Meyers great grandchildren Aaliyah, Everly, Serenity, and Ellie, sisters Melanie Hill, Seward; Laura Stublarec and husband Mark, Youngstown, OH; Valerie Goddard and wife Tracey Coletti, Port St. Lucie, FL; and numerous nephews.

Annette was passionate about ducks, collecting duck nick knacks and duck décor.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, and British television shows.  Annette was well like and respected by her Charles neighbors.

Friends received 6-8 pm Wednesday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh where service will be held 10:30 am Thursday.  Internment Armagh Cemetery.
