Mihalko, Alex John, 90, Windber passed away January 1, 2016 at the Church of the Brethren Home. Born March 29, 1925 in Richland Twp. the son of the late Deszo and Elizabeth (Stevens) Mihalko. Also preceded in death by brothers John, Steve, Deszo and Joseph Mihalko and sister Mary Zeglin. Survived by wife of 62 years Yvonne F. (Dias) Mihalko; daughter Dolores Jean Kish and fiancé John A. Dneaster, Windber; granddaughter Jessica Lynn Kish and fiancé Philip, Johnstown; great-grandchildren Alexis and Wyatt; sister Betty Pavlosky and husband Carl, Johnstown. Enjoyed carpet making, plastic canvas making, fishing, blue grass music, bingo and jig saw puzzles. Friends received 9 till time of service 11 am Tuesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier Street, New Florence. Internment Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
