Alan "Stretch" Muir, 57, Armagh passed away January 2, 2017 at home. Born September 19, 1959 in Johnstown the son of the late Leslie and Catherine (Baird) Muir. Also preceded in death by father-in-law Harry Mack. Survived by wife of 39 years Nancy (Mack) Muir; son Kevin Muir and wife Jamie, Armagh and one soon to be born grandchild; mother-in-law Grace Mack, Armagh; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Doris Mack and husband John Geisz, Julian, PA; Alvin Mack and wife Min, Sierra Vista, AZ; Alan was a self-employed truck drive and farmer. Friends received 4-8 Friday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh.
